I'd have never thought that one day a nondescript Japanese econobox would be a rare and comparatively desirable classic car...and one that I would imagine owning over the other more Euro offerings here...

Even here, an RX3 with intact mechanicals would be quite valuable relative to other cars of the era . Back when they were 5 year old used cars, you couldn’t give them away.

oof, forgot about that, not sure if it was offered here when new. But we did get the RX range, and even the mid 70s style Cosmo. Unfortunately, few of any of these models survived - bodywork dissolved in anything other than dry weather, interiors decomposed in sun, and then there’s the engine.
